| After twenty years in our previous
home, my husband and I began looking for a new home and were first introduced to Paul
Attard when he showed me a house advertised in the paper. I was immediately
impressed with his manner from the initial interview - he was honest, upfront, and seemed
genuinely interested in doing a good job for the client. My husband was equally
impressed upon meeting him and even more so when our home sold very quickly.
Subsequently, when the deal on our new home purchase collapsed due to legal problems, Paul
made very effort to find us suitable accommodation for the interim. He also followed
through during our relentless search the second time around, leaving no stone unturned,
meeting our needs to the best of his ability. While our home was for sale, Paul
kept us regularly informed regarding the current status including everything that was
necessary.
In regard to looking for a
new home, we felt his perception of our needs was most accurate, given that the search,
(especially after a number of years) was a process of trial and error which in our case
was unusually difficult, but in the long run, proved successful, thanks to a competent,
caring and diligent individual who did his utmost to satisfy our needs.
Though our situation was
awkward and stressful we felt that his handling of both the sale and ultimate purchase of
our new home were both handled as smoothly as possible and that his professional and
positive attitude throughout the duration of the search enabled us to better cope.
Both my husband and I have lauded the praise of this extraordinary agent to everyone we
have spoken to, giving him contact names or mentioning his name to others who are in the
process of buying and selling real estate.
To quote my husband,
"Your willingness to work around busy schedules was greatly appreciated as was your
ever reassuring advise, 'It will happen'." Thank you Paul - you were a life
saver!
