My family had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Paul Attard. He assisted and advised us in both the sale of our existing home, and purchase of our new one. We cannot begin to express our appreciation for his professional service.

Right from the beginning, he set reasonable expectations in terms of a selling price, and pointed out some small but effective changes we could make to sell our home more quickly. We followed his advice, and our home sold within 3 weeks of listing. At all times he was confident, reassuring and accessible, returning calls within minutes (unless with another client) and giving us all feedback from showings as soon as it was made available to him. This greatly reduced our anxiety level and let us know he was working hard for us. He advised us not to look at homes while we were selling, as it would compromise our position. This was naturally difficult to do, but we trusted him and were very glad afterwards that we had followed his advice.

He was also very professional during our shopping stage, pointing things out (both good and bad) about the homes we were viewing. In the end, we felt we sold and bought for a fair price, and are more than happy with our new location.

We also really appreciated that his service did not end with the final sale. We are glad we put our trust in the right person, and intend to use his services again if we ever decide to move. For now, we will continue to recommend him to our friends.
