Hey Paul,

 Karen and I just wanted to say thanks again for all of the assistance you provided to us over the past few months. We truly appreciated your "no pressure to purchase" style which helped us clarify our direction and enabled us to make the right purchase decision.

 We are both very excited about taking possession of our new cottage as soon as possible and look forward to creating many great memories there with friends and family in the years ahead.
