Dear Paul;
What prompted us to write this letter was a conversation Gord and I had
while Christmas shopping last week. While browsing for a gift an
acquaintance of Gord's stopped us and asked if she could sell our house on
Cochrane. She had a buyer that was particularly interested in purchasing a
home in that area. When Gord replied that we had just recently sold she
asked, quite offended, why we had not asked her to sell. Gord politely
told her that we had a lifetime agent. Later, in private, he told me that
he had wanted to add that we required a professional to sell our home.
This comment
really does sum up our experiences with you, Paul. You are an honest,
dedicated agent who takes pride in his work and the company he is
affiliated with. With all the stresses involved in selling a home and
searching for, and purchasing a new one, never did we have the added worry
that we might be treated anything but fairly.
Thank you,
Paul, for a job well done! You have sold us our starter home, our dream
home, and will probably be there for us when we need the retirement home.
Gord and
Suzanne Hunt
